The Small Business Program is designed to support small businesses in their software development needs by providing access to resources and tools at a reduced cost.

- Eligibility
- All organizations that can provide proof of financials under USD 5M are eligible for the Small Business Program.

Financials
The larger of the organization's income, expenses, or assets in USD.
Organization
The top-most Entity which, directly or indirectly, controls all other Entities that will use the software.
Control
Ownership of more than 50% of the voting power of an Entity.
Entity
An individual, body corporate, partnership, government or state or division thereof, government or state agency, or such other entity.
- Agencies, ISV's and Clients

Organizations owning the intellectual property (IP) are considered independent software vendors (ISV) and, if eligible, the program covers all deployments.
Agencies doing custom development for clients should use the contact form to inquire about agency-specific licensing.

Free for organizations with financials under USD 1M, with a discount applied to the regular price for financials under USD 5M. See estimated savings.
- Support

The program does not include support beyond the discussion forum. Support can be purchased separately.
