- Who is eligible for the Small Business Program?
- All organizations that can provide proof of financials under USD 5M.
- What does "financials" mean?
- Financials refer to the larger of the organization’s income, expenses, or assets in USD.
Organization is defined as the top-most Entity which, directly or indirectly, controls all other Entities that will use the software.
Control is defined as ownership of more than 50% of the voting power of an Entity.
Entity is defined as an individual, body corporate, partnership, government or state or division thereof, government or state agency, or such other entity. - Our consulting agency qualifies, but would this cover our clients?
- If you own the intellectual property (IP), you're considered an independent software vendor (ISV) and, assuming you are indeed eligible, the program would cover all your deployments.
If you don't own the IP, doing custom development for each client, then Contact us for agency-specific licensing. - How much does it cost?
- Free for companies with financials under USD 1M, and a discount applied to the regular price for companies with financials under USD 5M.
