Operations/Business Generalist
Skills and qualifications:
- Experience – Minimum five years of operations-related experience
- English – verbal proficiency, as well as reading and writing
- Data analysis skills – Ability to identify potential metrics, analyze data, and interpret results. A minimum of intermediate experience with Excel is required.
- Attention to detail – Ability to observe, analyze, and comprehend minute details of a task or situation. Thoroughness and precision are required to execute tasks.
- Technical proficiency – Comfortable learning new technologies. Knowledge of accounting software is a plus.
- Problem solving – Ability to tackle complicated issues by evaluating information and breaking large tasks into manageable pieces.
- Financial experience – Familiarity with financial reports and an understanding of bookkeeping processes.
Some of your key responsibilities will be:
- Payroll activities
- Working with Israeli and US third-party vendors
- Order fulfillment
- Vendor payments
- Reconciliations
- Collaborating with colleagues on a wide variety of tasks such as company policies, process optimization, metrics reviews, and more
